Registration and welcome reception
Check-in from noon. Reception in the evening, hosted by the Eastern Chapter.
Assembly
General assembly, first session
Executive reports, chapter reports, financial statement and committee presentations.
Cultural night
Second session, gala and cultural night
Full regalia. Xylophone and dance performances, awards, and the fundraising appeal.
Youth
Thanksgiving service and youth programme
Morning service, then the youth forum and Mungaka language session.
Close
Closing session and departures
Resolutions adopted, next host chapter announced.
Registration
Chapter secretaries submit delegate lists; individual members can register directly and pay dues at the same time.
Accommodation
A discounted room block is held for delegates. Rates and the booking link are in the registration confirmation.
Leadership summits
Between conventions, the leadership meets at the annual summit.
