Leadership
Leadership Rooted in Service. Guided by Purpose.
At BCA-USA, leadership is more than a position — it is a commitment to service, stewardship, community, and the future of our people.
Our leaders bring together diverse experiences, professional expertise, and a shared dedication to advancing the mission of BCA-USA. Working collaboratively across our national organization, chapters, committees, and youth leadership, they help transform the collective vision of our members into meaningful action.
BCA-USA’s leadership is entrusted with preserving the integrity of the Association, strengthening our community in the United States, celebrating and sustaining our cultural heritage, and helping advance initiatives that positively impact Bali Nyonga and its people.
Governance
Leadership Through Collective Action
BCA-USA is built on the principle that progress is a collective responsibility.
Our governance structure brings together the General Assembly, Board of Directors, National Executive Office, National Executive Committee, Chapters, Committees, Youth Wing, and Office of Auditors. Each sector plays an important role in the governance, accountability, and advancement of the Association.
- General Assembly
- Board of Directors
- National Executive Office
- National Executive Committee
- Chapters
- Committees
- Youth Wing
- Office of Auditors
At its foundation is our membership. The General Assembly, held during the Annual Convention, serves as the supreme organ of BCA-USA and provides members with a voice in the direction and governance of the Association.

Stewardship
Vision. Stewardship. Accountability.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and oversight, including long-term planning, financial review, fundraising support, and the evaluation and prioritization of BCA-USA projects.
National Executive Office & Committee
The National Executive Office, led by the President, is responsible alongside the National Executive Committee for executing the policies of BCA-USA. The National Executive Committee expands this leadership network by bringing together national officers, committee chairs, chapter representatives, and representatives of the Youth Wing.
Together, these leaders work to ensure that BCA-USA remains responsive to its members while building an organization capable of serving generations to come.
Chapters & Committees
Leadership That Reaches Every Community
Chapters
The strength of BCA-USA also lives within its Chapters. Established in cities and regions where Bali communities organize, our chapters serve as the local arms of the Association. Chapters create opportunities for members to connect, participate, serve, and contribute to national programs and projects. Each chapter is represented within the National Executive Committee, helping ensure that local voices contribute to national leadership.
Our Chapters →Committees
Our committees mobilize the talents and expertise of members in areas including culture, education, health, development, fundraising, membership, communications, and organizational improvement.
Our Committees →Youth Wing
Empowering the Next Generation
Through the BCA-USA Youth Wing, we cultivate participation and leadership among younger generations, ensuring that the future of our Association remains connected to the heritage, values, and community that have sustained us. Our youth have the opportunity to gain leadership skills and engage in professional development through various committees, allowing them to connect with mentors and network with one another. By fostering these connections, we empower our young members to become active contributors to our community’s growth and legacy.
