The General Assembly comprises of all registered members of the association and is the highest organ of BCA-USA.  BCA-USA is governed by an executive elected biennially by its General Assembly and a Board of Directors which oversees strategic planning. The executives are support­ed by 10 standing committees and 14 chapters located in cities and states across the United States.
